One policy for every AppFactory app. The general part applies to all of them; each app then has its own short section.
General
Who we are
AppFactory (AppFactory Ltd, Cairo, Egypt, CR No. 10530 07002 53344) publishes the apps on this site and is responsible for the data they handle. In this policy, “we”, “our” and “us” mean AppFactory.
What we collect, and why
Each app collects only what it needs. Depending on the app, that can include what you type or photograph to use its main feature, device information, usage and crash data, purchase and subscription status, and (where you allow it) advertising identifiers. We use it to run the app, process purchases, fix problems, improve features, measure our advertising and meet legal obligations. Each app’s section lists exactly what it collects.
Payments
In-app purchases and subscriptions are paid through Apple or Google. We never see or store your card details.
Who we share it with
We work with service providers, for example for payments, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, AI processing, ads and advertising attribution. They process data under their own privacy policies, and we share only the minimum each one needs to do its job. Each app’s section names its providers and explains your ad and tracking choices.
How long we keep it
As short as the app allows. Several apps keep your content only on your device, and uninstalling removes it. Each app’s section gives its retention rules.
Security
We use appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct inaccurate data, delete your personal information, object to or restrict processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You can also manage tracking and permissions in your device settings. To make a request, write to us.
Children
Each app’s section gives its age rule. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below it.
Changes
We may update this policy as our apps change. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. If you keep using an app after a change, the updated policy applies.
